Milton V Masilela (Managing Director)
12 years of power, construction (civil works and fencing projects) and mining industry experience gained mainly in new constructed power station (kusile) and underground coal mining. Exposure includes coal, power station construction, new shaft mining construction and civil construction projects. Major Contracts awarded; Topsoil Removal & Rehabilitation, Cleaning & Gardening services and Civil & Fencing projects. Worked on both owner and contractor mining models, and participated in mine start-ups. Solid skills in mine production and capital projects. External stakeholder engagement experience includes communities, private sectors, lobby groups, consultants and regulatory authorities. Tenacious mining professional, who thrives on challenges, values teamwork, and possesses good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A self-motivated individual, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to new challenges.
Maria N Ntuli (Managing Director)
Maria N Ntuli has an experience as an Administrator, assistant in mechanical engineering field and technical planner with over 5 years of experience in the field, specifically in mining and power utility industry. She has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and developing strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity. She is believed to be an expert in organizational development and has a deep understanding of the latest trends and technology in the industry. She has level 4 and N4 in fitter engineering, currently embarking in studying Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
